DRX treament changed my life

When I was first introduced to the DRX-9000 in September 2007, I was in a pretty bad shape. For the last four years, I had suffered from more or less severe neck pain with pinched nerves in my neck, shoulder and left arm combined with numbness in two fingers of my left hand. I had done several different therapies with pretty questionable success. Recently, things got worse with pain in both
arm, elbows, actually almost my complete upper body. Sometimes, I had a hard time to lift my coffee cup with one hand. I was really considering surgery if things would get any worse from here.

When the lovely Miss Lana told me about the spinal decompression on the DRX-9000, I knew this might be the remedy for my worsening discomfort. Just the words “spinal decompression” seemed to take the pressure off of my herniated disc. Well, a few days later I crawled for the first time on the DRX table, not really being able to roll into the appropriate position without hurting. At this time, my pain and discomfort level was at 10 being the worst on a scale of 0 to
10. When the machine started pulling my neck, I could feel some strange things going on in the uptight muscles. It was like pulling apart felted wool. No hurting though, just that very intense feeling of loosening up all that fine tissue around my neck and even further down the back. When the first session was over, I didn’t really feel much better but I could tell that something was going
on. A few hours later and even later in in the evening, I could really feel the success of the first decompression. 80 percent of my pain was gone, unbelievable! Arms and elbows were pretty much pain free, my neck felt a lot better. And I could sleep again without waking up every time I had to turn over.

With every session on the DRX, my muscles loosened up more and more. After 15+ sessions, I felt a lot better than any other day within the last four years. Only that pinching pain in the left shoulder and the numbness in my fingers did not really disappear although there was some very noticeable progress.

In the course of the physical therapies, we discovered that the shoulder and the numbness in those fingers seemed to be an isolated problem that was not necessarily caused by my cervical disc. Apparently, this might be a problem of excessive work on the computer. We tackled those two issues with different therapy options and I’m pretty confident that we can minimize those problems if not make them go away for good.

That being said, I’m really planning to come back for a monthly maintenance on the DRX-9000. My work as a graphic designer and photo editor pulls and pushes me into positions in front of the computer that will probably worsen my overall well-being in a fairly short period of time if I don’t take care of those issues before they become a real problem again. I’m really thankful to the team at
“Back in Action” that they showed me a very effective way of feeling a lot better without surgery.
