Our Story

Back in Action has been family owned and operated since its inception in 2007.  We started with a single location in North Scottsdale and spent the next five years fine tuning every aspect of our organization. Despite several opportunities to open additional locations, BIA ownership made the decision to hold off until we had the perfect model to replicate. Our private practice structure has allowed us the flexibility necessary to achieve the highest level of patient care without corporate oversite.  In 2010, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Keith Fandry joined our team. He began implementing the best clinical practices in Evidence Based Medicine, which has led us to the nationally recognized Pain Therapy organization that we are today.

Fast-forward to now, the family concept is still clearly present throughout all aspects of our organization.  Our loyal team shares the same long-term vision- boasting the highest employee retention numbers in our industry.  Every aspect of our incredible patient experience is consistent throughout all of our valley locations. This ranges from our exceptional front office staff, to the state of the art facilities and private treatment rooms, to the incredible patient care provided by our clinicians.   Each day at Back in Action, we continue to grow and improve as an organization, striving to change the way healthcare is provided in Arizona, and ultimately, the rest of the United States.
